The city of Loveland was founded in 1877. On the corner of (what is now) Cleveland and 4th street stood a livery stable where horses and carts were kept. In 1910 the General Merchandise Company purchased the property where they built and operated a mercantile up through the 1940s. Through the 50s and 60s the space became a grocery store. In the 70s it was a lodge for the Freemasons, and in the early 2000s it was a church.
202 East 4th is now outfitted with a wall of colorful doors (that are on-brand), a polished hardwood floor, brand-new window graphics, and a Bad Design Destroys mailbox. We are thrilled to call it Tenfold’s new home.
